Fashion & Portraiture - Introduction

For my A2 personal investigation I have decided to look and photograph fashion and portraiture. I have decided to do this because there is so many different ways you can go with this genre, and I know I will have fun whilst doing it. The reason why I've decided to link the two headings together is because I belive they both have a link, because they way someone dresses, and the way someone decides to do their makeup all has a link. I have an interest in vintage fashion, the 60's and the 70's. But I also think that magazine fashion is really interesting, I really like how edgy they can be with their photos, I like the settings they photograph their models in such as farms, scrap yards, city centres, its all in the subjects that really interest me.
